Our Story
A Culture of Excellence & Employee Ownership
Over the last four decades, Paragon Sports Constructors has established itself as the leader in sports construction in Texas. Founded as a family-owned company, that sense of ownership — and dedication to customer service — has never left us.
100%
Employee-owned.In January 2026, we became a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Transitioning to employee ownership protects our independence and culture, increases engagement and motivation, and ensures the brand keeps prioritizing client experience and quality of work. Our greatest strength is our people — and every one of them now owns a piece of the outcome.
We believe we are the only sports construction firm in our market that combines deep personnel experience, innovative technology, and old-fashioned customer service into a superior customer experience — and your home-field advantage.
